again unable to import tcx files, not even tcx files made by garmin
Glad that the new Connect API update got this taken care of! I'm locking this thread as resolved, so if you continue to experience any issues, please make a new post so we can investigate.

According to the information from both threads the uploads problems surfaced on March 3rd and it is widespread affecting uploads of ALL files…
Garmin Connect Web Import Data is back! Just minutes ago I managed to import all tcx files exported from Keiser MSeries app.
Same here. I got an email saying a new version of Connect was released that fixes the issue. I also imported MSeries tcx.
Yay!
