Adding photo's to gear

Adding photos to my equipment sometimes works, but sometimes it doesn't due to a technical issue... Why are there always so many software issues with Garmin? Please, Garmin, invest in your quality control department.

Probably simply the servers are overloaded, because millions users are uploading their photos now. Try a smaller file / photo in lower resolution. The quality of a file of a few kilobytes is sufficient for displaying on the web, no need to upload megabytes-large full resolution photos.

Again it doesn't work..... On a weekday.... The photo is just 136 kB..... Tried it with different browsers. Nothing works.... GARMIN Brrrrrrrrr...... ( I'm IT professional, Garmin is so annoying.... Good hardware sloppy software....)

UPDATE: with the GC app (iPhone) is works. Stil not on GC web.

dreamhx - Thanks for the report. What file format are the pictures you are trying to upload? Please let us know on that as well as what browsers have been tried.

jpg / Safari, Brave, Chrome

We are not able to replicate this on our end using those browsers while trying to upload a jpg. Have you tried clearing your cache or trying from a different internet connection?
