Forgetful "Remember Me" Just Keeps Getting Worse – Time to Demand a Response From Garmin!

As everyone knows (including Garmin) the "Remember Me" option is there simply for looks. It doesn't work. It's been unstable for over 6 years. Clearly Garmin has no intention of fixing this issue.

But there's a new twist! Now you have to get past a CAPTCHA to log in!

I've purchased 6 Garmin devices over the years as a runner and cyclist.

I purchased them in large part because Connect seemed like a good option for tracking mileage, gear, etc.

Garmin is failing – and has done now for at least 6 years in the running – to provide its customers with the reliable service they promised us when we purchased our devices.

How is it that this inexcusable negligence can go on for so long?

Nothing less than a detailed explanation of precisely what is happening, why it continues to happen, and what, in precise detail, Garmin intends to do about it, and when exactly they intend to do that – nothing less than that is acceptable.

We've all put a great deal of money into Garmin's pockets: why do they continue to disrespect their loyal customers by denying us what they've promised us with our purchases?

Bumping in the hope that Garmin finds the courage, integrity, and basic decency, to respond.

Don't hold your breath, loyal Garmin customers.
