Calender Weekly Totals - From what day to what day??

Can anyone tell me, within the "Calender" and the "Weekly Totals" how it calculates your weekly totals? Mine appears to be from Tuesday to Monday is this correct by default or can I change it? How did it come up with Tuesday to Monday??

There's a setting in the "Settings" pane (top right of the page in Garmin Connect) where you can set the first day of the week.
