Average swim pace dashboard is wrong

I have tried to create some dashboard data for pool swimming to see how I'm going over time.

In an individual swim, the average pace is reported correctly - moving time per distance.

However when trying to create a dashboard graph the points are all plotted as total time per distance. This is completely useless, I do not want to include rest time in my pace tracking. I cannot see any other way to change this, am I missing something or is this an error on Garmin's part?

It is probably rather intentional (and fine for many, especially for long distance swimmers), but if you want to have the average moving pace too, you can suggest it to Garmin at Share Ideas | Garmin. Do not expect any reply, or rapid change. It usually takes numerous similar requests to make them considering a new feature.

Thanks, I will do that. Just seemed odd that it reports it different to how it shows for an individual swim.
