I was helping a friend with her nuvi 265w. We did the reset where you hold down the lower R corner of the screen while it starts. The prompt came up asking if I wanted to delete user data and I said yes. The screen went blank and now it won't power up at all. It had a full charge. Have tried holding the power button on for 10 seconds but that does nothing.
