Garmin Connect asks to accept settings every time I hit a page.

Note bottom of screen. Every time I open Garmin Connect it shows this. Never ever in over a decade do I see this. WTH? I noted another thread with the same issue just now but leaving this here so maybe it can be addressed by one of our Garmin folks.
