Garmin Connect Web Privacy Settings Not Applying

Every time I open connect.garmin.com/.../home I get the privacy settings to select, and they never apply regardless of you select accept or go into the Manage Settings.

The next time you open https://connect.garmin.com/app/home it has the privacy pop-up on the footer again even after making a selection previously.  It doesn't matter if you select accept on the footer or on the manage settings that seems to be embedded in a frame. 

It just does not work! It's really annoying because at first you don't realize what is covering up the navigation tree on the left side of the webpage.

Can someone at Garmin look at what is going on with these recently added on plugin to the website?
