It would be super sweet — am I right?
I would love to have the possibility to add gear photos. 
I will probably do it for myself. In Style plugin in my browser. It's an easy peasy to modify presentation of client side and add few pictures (I worked as a web coder for some time). But of course It would cool to have this feature in official way.
