No, Garmin Connect does not currently provide a built-in worldwide personal heatmap of just your own activities. What it can show on its maps are things like all your individual activity routes and the community popularity heatmap, but there isn’t a dedicated worldwide heatmap overlay for your activities alone within Garmin Connect itself.
The 3rd party site runalyze.com syncs with Connect and has the ability to generate heatmaps.
Caveats:
- the free version of runalyze only supports generating heatmaps for 1 year at a time. If you want a heatmap for all years, you have to pay for premium
- runalyze can only automatically get the last couple of years of activities from Connect. If you want more activities than that, you will have to export all your activities yourself and manually import them into runalyze (it's just a one-time step, but it is manual).
Also, if you pay for Strava you can see your personal heatmap.
