Broken ON/OFF switch on 60Cx

My not quite 2-yr old 60Cx has a broken ON/OFF switch. I contacted Garmin support and got a semi-automated answer from a "Product Support Specialist" telling me to update my software. Pretty useless answer!
I am in Hong Kong, but I bought it in Toronto. How do I get this thing fixed?
