Revoked Strava access, now I want it back

I revoked access to Strava on my connect app a year ago, but now I would like to use Strava again and I cannot see a way to reconnect it, although my Strava account is showing it is connected to my garmin connect….

Likely this needs to be disconnected and reconnected on both the Strava and Garmin sides.

In Strava go to your profile settings > My Apps https://www.strava.com/settings/apps In the My Apps section look for Garmin Connect then click Revoke Access if not already revoked, then under Social Connections click on disconnect.
Go to Garmin Connect. Go to your profile > Account Settings > Account Information - https://connect.garmin.com/app/settings/accountInformation
In the Applications section look for Strava, then click the Disconnect button.
Log out of Garmin Connect Web
Go back to Strava > My Apps https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
Under social connections click on Connect with Garmin. Follow the prompts and enter your Garmin Connect account credentials
Confirm and save, then agree to what you want shared between Strava and Garmin, such as activities, training, and courses.
Go back to Garmin Connect and login
In the applications section confirm Strava is connected and toggled on - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
Additionally, you'll want to confirm that you're using the same account for Garmin Connect Web as you are for Garmin Connect Mobile
Go for a short test activity to see if all is well
