On the activity page when hovering over the charts it shows the instantaneous information at that point e.g. speed, power etc.
It would be helpful if it also showed the the time-of-day.
At present the user must calculate this from the Activity start time and the elapsed time.
This is useful because it would
- help show when pauses occurred in the activity
- help when making reports about incidents e.g to the Police
