I have a Garmin GPSMAP420 with no sim card for it . It has the Bluechart G2 vision VUS010R on the garmin.
Does the sim chip have to have same VUS010R on it to work with unit or are there other compatible sim cards that will work with unit?
Some one told me the VUS010R is just the model for software? I am looking for sim card with info for southeast Florida around the keys.
Thanks for any info as i am lost on which card or cards are compatible with unit.
