Duplicate Activities

I have all my activities still on my Garmin 305. Usually when I upload to Connect, it only adds the new activities. A few days ago when I went to upload it uploaded all the activities.

Any ideas why that might have happened?

I now have a bunch of duplicate activities. Any tips on how to remove the duplicates without selecting them one by one to delete?

I have a Dakota 10 and it has done this from day 1 (upload all new activities and it duplicates the ones loaded earlier) - it would sure be nice if it was fixed...
