Backcountry Skiing / Impossible to trim activity.

Why is it impossible to trim backcountry skiing activity as it is possible for a running activity? Is it possible to add it? I stopped my activityu to late and I want to remove the part when I was in my car... Thanks in advance for your reply.

    The current workaround is to change the activity type to running in Garmin Connect, trim the activity, save it, and then switch the activity back to backcountry skiing.

    Meanwhile, I recommend suggesting they add this option in Garmin Connect by using their Share Ideas | Garmin web form.
