Used to when I created a segment you could give it an appropriate name. Now it seems it automatically gives the new segment a generic name “Columbia road cycling” and I can’t find anyway to edit it. Some posts suggest deleting a segment and re-creating it to rename it, but this doesn’t work if you can’t name it in the first place.

Strange, I can still create a segment with any name I choose - I just tested it right now:
I don’t the little pencil icon on anything involved with segment names. All I get looks like your last screen.
