Do you have a power meter on your bike? Also which device do you use? Older devices require an FTP Test, and an HRM Strap. All devices require an established Cycling VO₂max estimate and a power meter. Yes, sure, HRM strap, Power meter {Tacx neo 3M, RS 200). It recalculates FTP randomly IMO.
