how do you go about setting a course (405)

all,
I have just brought a forerunner 405 and every thing is going ok apart from the fact I would like to set some course's in to my watch but I don't know how to make a course up on garmin connect could someone please help.

sorry, no help here, but the same question for edge 500!

I was hoping to transfer my old tracks MapSource somhow to the edge, but i find neither import nor drawing functions in Connect.

Take a look in the Edge 500 specific forum as I asked the same question earlier today.

I got a fantastic response with a weblink showing step by step instructions.

I've created a few 'courses' in Google Earth. I've exported (saved) them as 'kml', and then uploaded them to http://www.gpsies.com/convert.do to have it converted into a 'tcx' file that I then Import into 'Garmin Training Center'.
