Garmin connect route maps

On the  Activity page, I can view my bike rides on a map with my route recorded by my Garmin 1040.  The route is like a video where you can press play and a dot will run along your route.

I know you can save these as I have a couple of them recorded, but I can not remember how I had saved them in the past

Can someone remind me how to save these?  Thanks

    Do you mean you want to save a video for the dot moving along the route? There is no function for that in Garmin Connect. You can just record the screen to get a video of it.

    To get some more interesting videos you can use Relive (paid) or Mapdirector (seems to be free).
