Last Activity has disappeared please help!

Hi,

Completed my first 18miler today, went back to transfer onto Garmin Connect with the garmin USB and it said it was transferring the data. After a few minutes, the garmin connect website had an error along the lines "this service is currently unavailable please try later" (with a traffic cone on screen). So I tried to login again and went to my Activities - my 18 mile run is not appearing and frustratingly it has been deleted from my 405 history so i can't view it there either.
Anyone know how I can get it back??? Training for my first marathon and really wanted to check out how I got on so I'm very disappointed that its lost.

Hopefully the data will be saved to you PC in the ANT agent folders, so have a look there.
Do you have GTC loaded? If not you might want to use that on your PC as a matter of course. That way, you can keep a local record as well as an internet record.

I have my ANT Agent set to open GTC after a successful transfer. That way I know I have it, even if GC is having problems.

GC = Garmin Connect
GTC = Garmin Training Centre

Thanks for the advice I have downloaded GTC as a backup. managed to find the run in Pending Uploads and uploaded manually so all good.
