So does Garmin Connect Development now stop?

    that is very bad news for Garmin Connect, but really, how could development get any slower that it already was?

    I'm about as cynical as people can get, so for me I don't see much of a loss here.

    The transition from motionbased was ugly to say the least, new features and fixes to old problems took longer than expected. GC is certainly a money loser for Garmin and in this tight economy things that don't generate profit get cut quickly. I'm glad I don't use GC to store my data because you never know.

    It does amaze me how a company can take a well functioning website like MotionBased and totally screw it up by transfering everybody to that crappy Garmin Connect. If it was my company and my developers told me that GC was the way to go and this mess happened I would be firing people.
