hi - I have a .fit file from an activity where I did both virtual run and some HIIT. I used the 'change sport/activity' feature during the workout to toggle back and forth between virtual run and HIIT. everything seemed to be recording fine during the workout.
The activity didn't upload to Garmin app and when i tried manually, I got an error message.
I ran it through Fit File Viewer and it looks like the only data that were recovered were from the run which was about half the workout. I'm attaching a .zip file here. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 2025-11-28-06-52-50.zip
