My fenix 8 watch saved my run on the watch but won’t sync it to my app. It doesn’t happen often but it has happened a few times. How can I sync this to my app? I tried removing the watch from the app and Bluetooth and repairing the watch but it didn’t do anything. What other option do I have?

You could try manually importing the activity - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect? | Garmin Customer Support

If that doesn't work, the activity might be corrupt, in which case you can attempt to repair it using FIT File Viewer.

If you’re still having trouble uploading the repaired file, attach the orignal fit file from your Garmin device to this thread so we can see if it’s fixable.

Zip the file, then in your reply go to Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for the file >> OK.
Or, you can upload the FIT file to a trusted file-sharing service like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox, set it to public, and share the link in your post.
