Training Peaks Virtual doesn't sync with Garmin connect

I have done 2 rides on TPV and none of them got sync with Garmin connect. They got sync with TP and Strava. 
I have updated apps and check that they are all connected but is not working. 
Does anyone know what I have to do?

    Completed Rides/Workouts in TPV do not sync to Garmin Connect. 

    Planned workouts will sync from TPV to become Connect workouts.

    Connect rides/workouts will sync from Connect to TPV. 

    Your only option is to export the .fit file from TPV and import it to Connect. You will probably want to use the Device Changer tool at fitfiles.com to "simulate" a Garmin device too.

    Garmin does that on purpose, keeping competitors out. The customer pays the price, a workaround like druidh described, it works but its a pain... Come on garmin you can do better, no?

    I think there could be a subscription option to allow more importing of non Garmin/Tacx activities into Connect for those that want to use it as a data aggregator/multi-vendor training tool. I guess that would make Connect more of a competitor with the likes of Strava though.

    The alternative is that TPV pay Garmin and account for that in their subscription charge?

    Yeah something like that, but definitely a solution that works more or less flawless for the enduser.

    Garmin already offers an API that 3rd parties can use to sync activities to Garmin Connect. It is up to the third party (such as TPV) whether they do the work on their side too, write an interface to the API, and agree to Garmin's Terms & Conditions. Many other 3rd parties did it, so if you miss the connection to Garmin at TPV, I am afraid you'll have to ask them to do it too. There is no way Garmin will develop their part of the interface.
