Does anyone from garmin connect actually read the support requests sent via the form under Help?

I have been unable to see my dashboard or activities for 2 day now, sent a few requests for support but nothing, nada, zip, zero, sweet blow f.a. reply or sign of help :mad:

Other users can access their profile via the same pc, I even tried 3 different computers but nothing works.

I can't even start over with a new profile, as my device and email has already been registered with Garmin... Help!:(

    WELL 5 EMAIL FORMS WITHOUT REPLY AND 5 DAYS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT MEANS NOBODY ACTUALLY READS THIS. :mad::mad:

    SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE POLAR!!!!!!

  • Try them on the telephone. Works for me over here.

    This is not the place to expect contact from Garmin support. Nice if it happens though.

    have you tried creating a new profile with a different user name on Garmin Connect? Might be worth a go as I believe device registering for warranty purposes is different from the Garmin Connect user ID.

    I understand Polar support can be just as frustrating.

    Was just hoping someone from Garmin or maybe a forum mod would read this and wake up the guy drooling over his keyboard at the support desk.

    Will just register with a gmail email, as my real email is now registered at garmin.

    Sorry for the rant above, getting really frustrating!
