I would really love for Garmin to think about adding more mindfulness based activities. Yes we have yoga and now the built in breath work plans. But what about qigong and T'ai Chi? When we're consistently told that life is about balance, why can't we accurately record all mindfulness activities we do. I do a mix of cardio, strength and mindful movement, but can't record the mindful aspect of my regime.
