index 2 constant network error when updating body comp.

I am having a constant issue with the index scale not adjusting body fat. it says network error every time I attempt to adjust the body fat. Why is there a constant issue with an expensive smart scale? I have tried to use both the web page and the mobile app to make it do what it is supposed to AS A BASIC FUNCTION OF THE DEVICE. Yet every time there is an issue, the user should not have to factory reset a device for it to do its PROGRAMMED FUNCTION.

As far as I know, you cannot adjust the body fat using Garmin Connect. Or is there something you're doing on the scale itself to adjust body fat? Could you post a screenshot or photo of the issue?

Also, if this is related to the Index S2 scale, you might get a better response if you post your question on the Index S2 Smart Scale subforum

I've only set this value once - at my initial setup of the scale. I didn't have any issues doing so. Can you post a screenshot of the page you're entering the data on, and the error? (I appreciate you may not want to as it's personal data). I'm just wondering if it's some sort of error in the data you are entering.
