Intervals tab in swimming activity page shows nothing after November, 2.

I've noticed that couple of days ago browsing my Garmin Connect Web. Activities before November,2 look OK and I can still view intervals details. Garmin Connect Android App works fine showing intervals of all my swimming activities. Same issue for swimming activities of people I'm subscribed to.

  • No fix from Garmin on this issue.

    Yeah, that's really annoying. My coach can't see intervals when I share a link to my activity.

  • Also, E-mail submit form at the support site seems to be non-functional in Firefox browser. Today checked Garmin Support Center site from a different browser and placed a request concerning the issue with intervals.

  • I emailed Garmin Support with examples, screenshots and an extensive explanation of the issue. I received the following reply...

    I do see that we currently have an open ticket for this issue and this is expected to be resolved in a future update. 

  • Yeah, that's really annoying. My coach can't see intervals when I share a link to my activity.

    If they open the link on iPhone or Android with the Connect app installed, they should be prompted to (optionally) open the activity in the app, where this problem doesn't exist.

    Ofc they shouldn't be forced to use the Connect app instead of the Connect website, but at least this would be a workaround until the problem is fixed.

    I've always had luck with directly emailing [email protected]

  • Well, this issue was resolved. I got a notification feom the ticket i submitted and I checked and it has in fact been fixed. 

  • I received an email stating the same and can also confirm it has been resolved
