Indoor training mywhoosh not always used for training status and training effect not calculated

.) Zwift Treadmill run: works => training effect and load is added.

.) Mywhoosh bike indoor ride: no trainings status and effect...

this worked unit some weeks...

=> is it a mywhoosh-garmin cooperation issue? or is that now an issue for all third party apps?

    I have the same issue since some days and contacted the Garmin support today. No outcome so far.

    But I learned that new MyWhoosh fit files don’t contain Edge 1030 plus as recorded computer anymore. once you change the device by using the following app https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top everything is recorded as expected in Garmin Connect again.

    I will contact the MyWoosh Support as well.

    please do the same to show up the issue.

    Are you saying that MyWhoosh previously insterted a device ID of Garmin Edge 1030 Plus into all of the fit files they generated? Perhaps they've been forced to remove that as part of the ongoing data attribution dispute that involved Strava and Garmin? I can imagine that Garmin might have objected to that type of "spoofing". Zwift obviously negotiated something with Garmin in order to have training data from there correctly calculated. MyWhoosh might have to do the same.
