  • With Two-Step Verification enabled it will require the password and the security code when you go to login. To reduce the number of logins needed, you can click on the box titled Remember Me underneath the Password and you can click on Remember this Browser underneath the Security Code. This will help as long as the same browser is being used.

    Two-Step Verification on Garmin Accounts

  • Hi Garmin, I wrote that I have to repeatedly, every time enter the password to access Garmin Connect and almost every time enter the security code from the email.
    It's annoying.
It's been happening for several weeks

  • I've been prompted to enter the one-time code on each login. Sometimes, it refreshes and sends a code again, so basically I'm doing it twice to be able to login. This is frustrating. It's happening on each login attempt. I'm using the same browser with the same profile on same laptop. I'm ticking all the 'remember' checkboxes but they seem to do nothing.

  • I accidentally signed up for two step verification when I was setting up my garmin 970. Turning on the EKG Monitoring required that. I assumed it was just for that function. Nope, It's required everytime you log on. Once two step verification is enabled. It can't be turned off. Now, when logging on. I have to do that twice. Come on.....  We're not safeguarding national secrets here. It's really annoying. And I think completely unnecessary.
