Fitness - Technogym Technogym - Garmin

Hello,

I am a fenix 8 user, mainly for my daily steps, padel and health and I just joined a fitness they has mostly Technogym equipment.

My training is divided in 3 sections, a 6 min warmup cardio (bike) session, followed by 45 min of strength (devices and groundwork) ending in a 40 min indoor bike ride to burn some calories.

What is the best wat to bring this together? No I use the general 'strength' option under activities for part 1, followed by a cardio session for the 40 min cycling bit. Simultaneously most of the activities are registered on the Technogym app.

Suggestions are most welcome.
