Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Garmin Venu 4.

The activity is available on my watch but hasn’t synced to Garmin Connect.

During the workout, the watch worked perfectly — no lags, power loss, or disruptions — and the session was successfully saved.

I can open and view the activity on the watch, but it doesn’t appear in Garmin Connect.

I tried connecting the watch to my computer and manually uploading the activity file, but the Garmin Connect website returned an error.

I also synced the device via Garmin Express, but the activity still doesn’t appear.
- Activity was tracked via mix session, only first one got saved.
I tried all of tools mentioned in forums to fix the file but I'm not able to :/
Could you please help me resolve this issue or advise how I can recover and upload this activity?
