Hi everyone,
I'm currently following a Garmin Coach adaptive running plan. The issue is that while the plan adapts to my daily Training Readiness/Sleep/Recovery, I have a fixed club training session every Thursday, and Garmin often suggests a completely different workout for that day.
As a result, I ignore Garmin's suggestion and do my club training, but this approach isn't very effective because Garmin doesn't recognize or integrate my club activity into the training plan.
I would like to be able to tell Garmin that a specific type of workout (like intervals/speed work) is scheduled for a certain day and have it count towards the week's training goals.
Do you know of a way to do this? If not, what workarounds or tips do you use to achieve a similar result?
