I cannot find any way to export the heart rate data that my Garmin Venu 3 records all day.. I have a heart condition and my physician asks for my data.
There seems no way to export the data. Why? Why would Garmin gather the data, show it to you on Garmin Connect and then NOT give you the opportunity to export the data for medical purposes? This seems odd.
I'd like to export it to csv or Excel, txt is fine also.
