convert tcx files to csv

What's the best way to convert tcx files to csv. tcx converte 2.0 r is not easy t0 download (all in italian I don't understand

    Microsoft Excel 2007 can natively read and display XML. Right click the .tcx file, choose open with, and select Excel. There are a couple of choices to click as you open it, but eventually you get it open. Then you can save as .csv

    Importa il file in BaseCamp, poi lo esporti come csv. Puoi leggerlo con Excel: apri excel, poi scheda DATI, carica dati esterni, file di testo e selezioni il file csv.

    Import the file into BaseCamp, then export it as csv. You can read it with Excel: open excel, then DATA tab, load external data, text file and select the csv file.

    ... besides that he wrote he did not understand Italian, so the answer in Italian looks like a vendetta Smiley
