How do I upload multiple activities to my Forerunner 405?

Whenever I send an activity from CONNECT to may ForeRunner 405, it removes all existing courses and only the last sent course is available.

I know TC is able to send multiple course, but I have not found a way to transfer an activity from CONNECT to TC...
