I recently acquired a Swim 2. After my first workouts, I was pleased with the measurement of my heart rate. However, the chart of 'Time Spent in Heart Rate Zones' does not populate. (I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling Connect and resetting the Swim 2. Also tried adjusting the heart rate zones for swimming.)
I pursued this in online chats with Garmin with the following results:
1. With Garmin US, they indicated it could be an issue with incomplete deletion of history. In fact, in Connect I see the workouts of the previous owner with the watch. And her workouts show 'Time Spent in HR Zones'. But we were unable to resolve this.
2. With Garmin Germany, I was told that the Swim 2 is simply not compatible with this functionality, which I frankly find silly and mean, since the data is obviously there. (There are charts of my heart rates color-coded for zones.) But I still don't have the chart 'Time Spent in HR zones' populated.
I hesitate to believe #2, first because it would be mean and silly, and second because the workouts of the prior owner on the same device show the data I'm looking for.
Can anyone help with this? I very much appreciate it!
