Activity won't sync to app

Hello, I tried to upload the file to Garmin Connect however it says file is not accepted. I don't know how to get this activity datas back....tried fitfilestool but doens't seems to be able to get something working. Could someone please help me ? Thank you.

Running it through FIT File Viewer will repair this file so that it is acceptable by Garmin. However, it will be missing much of the data, as described in this thread - New bug in FIT files: empty File ID…

Suggest contacting Garmin Support directly to report the issue.

Thanks ! Lanaged to at least get my intervals timing, only got that watch for a week...a bit sad this happens. Will report to support.
