custom Workout - select exercise

Hi,

Garmin allows to design a custom workout by selecting thousand of exersise. The problem is the exersise names doesn't follow an standard, I guess. It is difficult to select the properly execise without an image or video. Is there any guide to lookup the right exesise?

There is a user-created google spreadsheet that shows which exercises have an associated video - GARMIN CONNECT EXERCICES - Google Sheets

If there is a specific exercise that is not listed, you might want to do a search for alternative names. What Garmin might label an exercise sometimes is different from what the Internet says.
