Vivosmart 3

My Vivosmart 3 can charge from Windows 11 and automatic sync occurs when GarminExpress is open but no data was recorded for the last two weeks. The device does not so under This PC in Windows Explorer. It used to.

Manually trying to sync from GarminExpress causes an error message to appear. The Garmin Connect web page shows "Synced Tue, Sep 16 @ 21:31". It failed to get last week and on Sept 28.

What can I try to do?
