Nuvi 1490T confused on HWY 401

My Nuvi1490T seems to be confused whenever I use the HWY 401 in Toronto.
The unit does not seen to know when I am on the Express or Collector lanes. It always tells me to stay on the Collector lanes. Even when I leave the collector and go the the "Express Lanes" it still assumes that I am on the collector and tels me to keep going right on the collector. Is this a map problem or Nuvi's?
