Fit File corupt

Hello, unfortunately on my un this morning file became corrupted afte attempting to save.

Can anyone help me fix it, I could upload to strava but unfortunately not to garmin connect.

You have 2 files here, both with the same start time, so you'll need to pick one, as Garmin will reject the identical start time as a duplicate.

I ran both through FIT File Viewer and successfully tested in Garmin Connect Web.
