download to 550 from mapsource

I have created a route, named and saved in 550. Uploaded to desktop in Mapsource, edited, deleted in unit, tried to download edited copy to unit but it is not available as a route, only a track. Cannot find as a track in unit. Any help apreciated.

Have similar question posted, I simply get a point-to-point line, no route. When try to route get error saying no routing streets found?
