Missing Phone data present on Garmin Fenix 6 pro

Hello,

I cannot find last months data present on the watch but not on Garmin Connect both PC and Smartphone.

Data are related to body battery, heart rate visible in real time but not stored. ideas?

Either you have two different accounts, and in that case the data may have landed on the other account, or the device/account association is corrupted, and in that case the data is lost. I recommend to Remove and Add the Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then log a few minutes of steps and HR, and record a test activity, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped at least with current data. Old data won't be restored with it. It only prevents it from continuing to happen.
