Can't upload FIT File, device unreachable.

I'm trying to upload a FIT file from my garmin after my Garmin Epix 2 suddenly shutdown as I paused my activity. I was unable to save the activity, but the activity is showing on my watch as Invalid. I can see the file in the Activity folder on my PC, but I'm unable to copy it. I receive an error message saying "Device is unreachable."

Some things you can try:

If you haven't already, download and install Garmin Express, connect and sync your watch.

Disconnect your watch from the computer then shut it down by holding down the light button past the assistance alert until it shuts down. Wait a few seconds then power it on. Also restart your computer.

Using the Garmin USB cable reconnect the device directly to a USB port on the computer, avoid using a USB hub

Try using a different computer, if possible.
