Colorado 300

I have a big problem with my Garmin Colorado 300. It will not boot. When I turn it on, it starts a white screen displaying "Validating Update 0%" and then it shuts down. I have not backuped my gps, as I did not know anything about that before now. I think it will work if I had the posibility to restore my files as they were, but as mentioned, I have no backup. Is it possible for anyone that has created a backup of their Colorado 300 to share it with me?

It worked perfecty before. Then I changed "kg, meters, deleted some waypoints and such" on it. Put it back in the box and did not open it for a week. Then it would not start.

After the latest update today I had the same problem rebooting. I switched off the Colorado, disconnected the USB cable that was still connected after the update and then after switching on, the update validation and reboot went okay.
