Where can I find my heart rate recovery data in Garmin Connect?
It is in each activity in the stats page. Note that you must wait 2 minutes after you have pressed stop before you save the activity to get a recovery HR logged.
Thank you - I found it. Is there a way to track it over time in the performance dashboard or elsewhere? I don’t see it anywhere in the list.
