I've recently chosen a Garmin Coach plan to be able to run a certain distance in a certain time and I've accepted to get additional workouts for strenght (no gym). Beside getting the daily running routine, which is easy to understand, I get avery few days a workout made of a list of exercises that are surely "generak knowledge" for gym trainers (e.g. jumping jacks, crunch, plank...) but to me they are mostly unknown and I can't spend my time googling them hoping to find a youtube video example. I also know that we have online examples in Garmin Connect connect.garmin.com/.../find-workout but there we have as of today 126 workouts with similar lists to the onss I see on my watch and app and if I click on an specific exercise I get directed to its subpage with a very useful video (e.g. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/exercises/PLANK/MOUNTAIN_CLIMBER ). However the search engine in the find workout page is not enough well structured to accept the specific exercise name and has not a filter for exercises with or without gym tools (beside the fact that I have Italian names for them). Even worse it returns a workout routines list and not the single exercises lists, and many workout routines do not have the exercise I'm after. I know someone created and shared an excel list on Google Drive with links and icons for many exercises but I'd rather have an official list within Garmin Connect or, even better, I would like to be able to click on my app or in my profile's workout page and be directed to the video example. Does anybody knows if there's a way I'm not aware of to do this ?
Thanks in advance
