data wont transfer due to server error??

The above happened to me two times now. Earlier it worked perfect. I have the latest ant firmware. Cant even upload manually. Anyone who knows what to do?

There are several things that could be causing this.

Could you post your two workouts so that I can take a look and make sure they are not corrupt?

What do you mean by posting? The files or the results or? Im kind of new to this sorry.. But im most thankful for all the help i can get..

When i try to upload "manually from list" i get message "upload failed due to internal server error" or something like that.. Translated from swedish so not exactly but..

I have a forerunner 405 btw...

Someone... ... help me?
